I am under surveillance for the purpose of harrassement(most likely government/no legitimate reason)
Using advanced imaging technology they are able to see me inside my house through the walls, deliver the acoustic bombs/ microwave energy from the outside thought the walls to cause a jolt like effect, and frequently waking me up throughout the night; they follow me where ever I go,using probably a satallite system. They basicaly try to overrun my life.
the problem is they are total idiot, they constantly plot to make me follow their twisted way of thinking, and they are very destructive( to the point that they destroy everything they put their hands in(malfunctions of electronic devices, car accidents, severe body aches and pain, lost work days...
In a legal sense, there isn't too much that can be done.Because it is difficult to prove.
I have been told that Shielding with materials that stop the transmission of harmfull waves can stop it.I want to know from someone who tried it.

There isn't a lot you can do. It's there day and night usually inflicted much of the time by so called "neighbours" set in place to do it. It's cold blooded torture and murder made to look like nothing is happening.

Poor chap!
Unless you have REAL government secrets AND are a danger to that government AND you are a public figure, you suffer from severe paranoia. The protection againt it is a proper psychiatric hospital.
If you are what I said above, but are not a public figure (as public as Saddam Hussein), don't worry: the Government agents will terminate your ñightmare (and life) soon.
