I have tried a herbal cream but there was no effect. I have some fatty structures all over the face.Is it due to heat or excess of sebum. I don't eat curd in my diet. Please give a solution?

I had stubborn acne for around 6 years. Tried everything from herbal to allopathic, not eating fried, fleshy food, getting a laser acne removal treatment & many more like the best sunscreens, proactiv etc.. Nothing worked, But KAYA sure works

The problem is not actually on your face it is in your stomach. If you look way back at pictures of young adult people way back before 1945 (over 60 or 70 years ago) very few young people (or older ones) had acne. It became epidemic when the use of antibiotics came on the scene about 50 to 60 years ago. The children who took it when they were young then grew into teens with bad complexions. You need to get your stomach (GI track) in better shape. Try going to a health food store and getting some "probiotics". Your drugstore has them too. Or you can drink cultured buttermilk several times a day or eat yogurt... without sugar ... (there are some regular milk products made with acedopholus already in them too. watch the sweets because the sugar messes you back up again. Stay away from sugars , yeast, breads and alcohol for at least several months while you replenish your ability to digest and get rid of poisons from your body. When your bowels fail to work getting rid of trash it forces the body to use it's "plan - B" which means it forces it out through the pores. So you get zits on your face sometimes your back and neck...then when you are older sometimes a lot other more uncomfortable places. What went wrong in your stomach was the antibiotics killed the natural good stuff in there when it killed the bad germs you had. So you have to put the good stuff back. The great part is that you will feel better in a lot of other ways too. So short term... do what ever you want to cover or hide or dry up the ones you have but for a long term prevention so you will not always get them... try getting some good acidophalus (I can not spell that word!) but the guy at the drug store will know what it is. And GNC carries a good brand also!

Acne is a group of skin rashes but it is has different causes:
Acne vulgaris - most commonly experienced around puberty, typically of the face and shoulders/chest
Acne rosacea - a red rash predominately on the face
Acne keloidalis nuchae - a rash caused by shaving
Acne conglobata - clusters of chronic absesses or boils that may be as large as a baseball and can last for years

Acne fulminans - an extreme form of acne conglobata
Acne medicamentosa - acne caused by starting or stopping a medicine
Chloracne - an acne rash caused by exposure to chlorinated hydrocarbons such as dioxins or PCBs.

No, diet (including chocolate) has nothing to do with acne. Also, herbal cremes, probably a waste of your money. Benza Clin, or other clindamycin-containing topical (on the skin) medications may help. Also, Microdermabrasion, a process which the dermatologist can do to slough off bad skin cells, works well too. Accutaine, a potent acne medication, would be something you can try as a last resort as it is powerful. See a dermatologist.

ProActiv is the way to go. It is a miracle solution. You can buy it online at proactiv.com If you stick with just for a week you'll see such a difference it will blow you away. i dont think not eating curd will help you to get rid of acne...
infact rubbing curd on your face reduce the scars and pimple and acne.... wash your face as many times you can ...and put aloe vera gel to moistrize the skin and to help you to get rid of acne too....i will suggest dont put any cream.drink water and eat good food... be happy...
