Why not? Emotional guys, do seem a bit unstable, but emotional girls... well, it depends. Too much emotional can seem clingy. But, emotions by itself just make one more humane.

hey, emo is only coz we're humans. no emo, date a rock.
but then again, too much of something is bad. emotionally charged guys or gals will come across as instability. Unable to control one's emotion is huge. but questions lies with yourself really, can you handle emo guys?
