Get off line apply pressure to the wound if the child is a danger to himself or others snatch him up into a basket hold securing his arms and legs and supporting his weight so he is immobile but not injured... use common sense on that one kids will say things to get out of that restraint but unless you can observe some imminent danger in holding the restraint do not release him until he is calm... DO NOT TIE A TOURNIQUET ON THE MOTHER! FROM ON LINE I CANNOT ASSESS WHETHER SHE WOULD NEED IT BUT THE RESULTS CAN BE FATAL IF YOU DO IT AND SHE DOESN'T!!!!
If she does the ambulance will take care of it...
And also next time you have an emergency with friends family or anyone don't log into Yahoo! for the big picture from the Peanuts Gallery you Cyber-Junkie!
GOD BLESS!
P.S: In my hurry to scold you i Forgot to tell you to sanitize the wound. Human bites are usually the most prone to infection there's no telling what kind of bacteria could be in there use pour hydrogen peroxide onto the wound and the surrounding flesh to ensure sanitation but do not attempt to cover as that would provide ample opportunity for infection if it secluded from the open air. if it is a deep gash just keep dabbing at it to soak up the blood with a clean white cloth. No colored cloths as the dyes could potentially bleed into the wound itself.

I just finished viewing your previous questions. You've been here two weeks and have had a lifetime of experiences in those two weeks. A lot of inconsistencies in your friend's kid's ages and other stuff. You were 17, then 18, then 19, then back to 18. you had sex for the first time but had a miscarriage before. You were in college two weeks ago but now you are thinking of going to college. Etc., etc., etc.
I suggest you seek therapy at once before you hurt somebody because either you make up these stories or you yourself are your "friend" and you are crying for help. Get professional help now!

This four year old must be a dog or something to bite you like that.
Yes, apply pressure on the bleeding circles.
How can you still write here while she's dying there, are you joking? It's not funny.

I assume the 4 year old is a child and she's been bitten? Well ice that wound to keep the swelling. Maintain your cool and wait for the paramedics.

Clean the bite area with any hydrogen peroxide and any other injury sites. If it bleeding then try to bandage the site or sites. Then get a chain and run it through that brats mouth so he can't bite anyone else.. Then secure with a pad lock so he can't get it off... (Just Kidding)

take a clean wet wash cloth and pat around the area that was bit then lightly wipe the blood of the bite mark and just wait for the hospital.

Just have her lay down, bring her some clean cotton balls or non aromatic tissues to stop the bleeding. Keep a cool rag and lay it on her forehead. DON'T PANIC!

Are you insane? Why are you on the internet asking rubes how to handle an emergency? Why aren't you asking professionals at an emergency room how to handle the situation?
Yikes.
