It's Painful for me to actually lay on my stomach, I can't do that, it hurts my breasts too much. But not when a man lays on top of me, I love that, and it's not usually painful that way. In fact missionary (especially with my legs up on his shoulders) is one of my favorite positions for sex. yum.

I wouldn't know. I don't have enormous boobs. And they must be Huge to get in the way like that!
