It all depend on how old you are? if you are of age then try to have a heart-to-heart talk with her. Tell her you appreciate her concerned and protection but you are old enough to make your decisions and bear the consequences of your decisions. Let her know that you will surely come to her if you need her advice, care and protection.

Why is she nagging you? Have you asked yourself this question? Are you ignoring chores she's asked you to do? Do you treat her like she's nothing more than an annoyance, someone whose only function is to cramp your style? Maybe she's nagging you because you don't pay any attention to her. Maybe it's because you have a job to do around the house that she's forced to do because you don't think it's your place.
I don't know what your mother's problems are. Maybe she's just got emotional problems and you're around so you take the heat. However, I would guess that you have a part to play in this little drama and if you changed your behavior she would, probably, change hers.

Leave the house, go out and do something. That way, she won't be nagging you all day, just part of the day. And she won't be nagging but simply asking you what you did while you were out.

dony give her reson to nag make sure u finish ur job in time. make her feel loved and special by helping her out or just ask her to take rest while you finish her chore. if drastic action is needed talk to her. tell her how much u love her but are hurt bcoz of ur behaviour. make a deal with her. u do ur work in time in turn she learns to control her nagging.

If she didn't cook, wash, buy groceries, clean the house, etc., then, I guess she could be the one on here complaining about you nagging HER all day?!?

get a job.wk ,hang with friends. when she starts nagging, act like your listening, like to everyother word and say k mom whatever you say, and walk off. i do that with my mom sometimes.
