iam only 83kgs but want to go back to 75 kgs iam only 17 male sa

Reduce your food consumption and exercise at least an hour a day. You will c the difference in 2 weeks, if u make a serious attempt - let us know the result ok?

u can do it the hard but fast way or the easier but slow way. the fast way is by not eating for 2-3 days and drinking only water. well. u will tend to be sleepy most of the time so sleep..(p.s. do this when you don't have work or u don't need to go to school and stuff.. cause you'll feel drained and grumpy most of the time...) after not eating for 2 or 3 days, you'll lose weight definitely.. ^_^ if you want to lose more weight, on the third day, when you really can't control your hunger, try eating crackers.. if u really wanna lose weight, try to control yourself because during this time, if you start eating, you'll tend to eat more... in short, self-control is needed to lose weight fast. ^_^

by the way, the slower method is eating less carbs and meat and more on vegetables and fruits.

don't count calories! count your fat grams! if female, stay under 28 fat grams a day, no salt, no mayonaise, no butter, no white bread. walk away from the computer and excersise, go for a walk everyday(if you don't work,or job is a sit down one)for at least 20-30 minutes, it will melt off of you.

I have heard that Optifast (meal replacement) is excellent as long as you stick to it. Personally I opted for having a lap band inserted.

you can loose by not eating white flour foods or food high in starch, yes that includes pasta and limit your sugar intake.light exercise required but more reputations of you desired exercise.be loyal to your diet!
