Do you have : (for the Chicken Parmigiana recipe)
3/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 chicken cutlets or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved horizontally (about 1 1/2 pounds total)
Salt and fresh ground pepper
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 cups jarred tomato sauce or Easy Chunky Tomato Sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
6 ounces mozzarella cheese, preferably fresh, cut into eight 1/4-inch-thick slices

Or (Thyme-Roasted Chicken recipe)
3 pounds small red potatoes, halved
3 tablespoons olive oil
Coarse salt and ground pepper
¼ cup fresh thyme leaves
2 whole chickens (3-½ to 4 pounds each), rinsed and patted dry

if your coconut oil is cooking oil and not for tanning, here is my suggestion. rinse chicken, season your flour, dredge chicken in it, heat up your oil, brown chicken lightly, finish in a 350* oven. Cut and core cabbage, peel and slice potatoes, boil cabbage and potatoes together till tender, when chicken is done put a little tomato sauce on top, add some cheese, put back in oven till cheese melts. pumkin, save for the upcoming holidays.
