I know where to find girls, but they're from the wrong type of crowd.
I don't want the drinking and/or smoking ones, meaning no bars or parties. No drug users. Work is out of the question.
No internet dating. No bookstores or libraries. No churches.

I never said this was going to be easy. I ruled out the popular spots because I tried those places already. This is why I asked this question in the first place. Maybe someone would have an idea I never thought of.

Join a social group, like those ones where you go out for dinner and have conversations on a set topic, or ones where you go somewhere different each weekend (movies, golf, picnics etc).
Or join a dating agency.
