Just before I go out on dates, I shower first and throughly clean myself with unsceneted soap or something natural..like chocolate coffee scented soap. Trim my hairs both up and below, make sure your finger nails are trimmed and clean, wear nice clean cotton boxers. brush my teeth, and the after shave I use at the moment is King of Shaves, its cheap, but it works for me, but I would consider getting the natural alternative and preferably the unscented ones.

you dont want da ladies to smell your aftershave too much, becoz they will think your inexperienced...the cologne is more important than after shave. Aftershaves are good to keep your face from looking dry after shaving.

Then I work up a sweat through weights and some cardio, this relaxes my muscles and increases testesterone production and creates a nice manly musk...so try not to work out so hard that you sweat like a pig, light to moderate is good, and make sure you dont stink...ignore the under arm spray coz this just blocks the natural pheromones your body is eminating. If you think you stink, just have a very quich wash in the shower, but dont use any soap, quickly rinse off your under arm hairs, above and below, then towel pat yourself dry, you wanna retain your manly musk not wash it off.

wipe yourself dry with a clean towel, then spray some cologne, I have several which I alternate depends on the season, I try to purchase one for every different date, I like Hugo Boss or Giorgio, ...also this gives me a good excuse to go to the pharmacy and get some practice with da ladies, ask them which smells they like best, but use your own nose first, then go from there.

I spray once only on my wrist, then I pat my wrist together, then from the wrist I pat the side of my neck, then the back of my ears. you know, like if its loud, you lean into them and "listen" haha.

I also spray once just below my navel, but ...not around the pubis area.

Becoz youve just had a work out your body is warm and this locks the scent in and mixes with your own natural pheromones.

Make sure you have a good breakfast in the morning, prerably healthy natural foods to kick start your metabolism, wheat bread, fruit, juice, AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER.

God I sound like some whore *****! What I mean is rational thought is gone when a man smells good, so I would want to sleep with him, although if he didn't smell good I would probably see that he was not my 'type'

well being a female i know what scent on a man drives me crazy, in this case i see its aftershave but we can work with that too, lets see.............. i think it was windex, im not sure, but i cleaned my windows with it afterwards and he was pissed!
