i have a dad who i call my "biological sperm donor" he hurt my mom and is mean to my brother.he tries to get me to go stay with him he invades my privacy and ruins my life..i cant stand him ..he smokes weed and stuff..its like he just a stranger i tried to tell him how i feel about him but he thinks my mom is telling me bad stuff about him ..he also threartens to kill my mom.. i just want him o pay child support ( which he barley pays)and stay out of my life but i dont know what to do.....

The fact that you say you don't know what to do shows that you need help because you cannot cope alone with this thing in your life. Good advice from the first person, i think.
Hate can eat you up and make you a person you are not.
He will not be there always, and you might not be able to change when he is not there any more.
he sounds bad news, sorry maam...a real hassle.
Put your foot down hard with him, you have rights.

you need to tell someone about his clearly abusive behaviour. Tell the authorities if you can, or tell a trusted teacher or other adult about his threats and hurting you. I grew up with an abusive father, so i can understand what it is like. I don't know if there is any way to force him to pay child support, but at least you can try to get help for you and your mom and brother.

first of all
make sure he's sober when you tell him everything you think about him is from personal experience and not becuase thats what your mother thinks
you think he's what ever he is and that he's a horrible role model and a horrible father
tell him what you want and how he can change for the better and if he doesn't ellaborate, tell him to stuff it, leave it and never come and see you, ur mom and ur brother again, he's a waste of time and effort and you will never want to live with him while he's such a horrble person.
your not in this alone, I dislike my father as well, and my mum HATES hers, and my gandma hates hers, it's a never ending cycle

He threatened to kill your mom-Call the police. Better to be safe than sorry. Can you imagine what you might feel like if something happens to your mom and you could have prevented that? You will have to live with that for the rest of your life.

Calmly tell him that he is loser and not worthy of being your dad, so from now on you do not exist to me.
You also have the option of calling to police on him for his drug use, as well as his threats to your moms life.

You should talk to the authorities about this. He might hurt you or your family. Any social service organization may be able to help you.
