anything you like really, food is preferable to nothing, as you're running on empty. breaking your fast, remember.
ideally something like porridge or other oaty / wheaty type grain cereals. not very exciting, a bit goopy, can bore you to death but you can use it as a base for a fruit topping etc to add some interest, and you can get easy microwavable versions these days (though they still take some washing)
the fibre and complex carbs are the key. keep you healthy and keep you both full up and on a good supply of slow release energy til lunchtime. no snacking, no sugar highs, no crashes.

10 double cheesburgers. Pizza. French fries. Milk shakes. 2 cups of whole milk. Lots of bread and thick *** butter. 8 chilicheese hot dogs. 3 boxes of oreos. Water. Are you full yet? If not just wait for the next meal in 1 hour.

Perhaps you should skip breakfast and probably lunch, snacks and dinner. STAY AWAY FROM MCDONALDS as well.

I usually eat Cigerettes and whisky and wild wild women. Except on Sundays, we have pancakes.
