b) Refuse to see him.
Yo can always wish him well over the phone, if you want to, not that you have a reason to. He's lucky you don't turn him in and expose him to the rest of the family. He doesn't have to push his luck by demanding to see you.
Mark your boundary's and stand your ground. There is no need for him to intrude into your life anymore than he already has. There is no excuse for what he did and no need for you to make him feel better about it.
If you feel you need to wish him well because he's still family send him a card or email...and ONLY if you feel you MUST. I'd just stay away from him and ask him to do the same.
As you can see I feel very strongly about such situations, and wish you the best in dealing with this one. ::Hugs::

I would refuse to see him but I would not wish him to die. I have been sexual assaulted when I was a kid. I had to work with one of the men that touch me the wrong way for many years, I was polite to him but I never let him get close enough to touch me in any way.

At this point your actions are your responsibility, not his. You will have to live with what you decide. But, why does he want to see you? To mend fences? To re-violate? Remember, he's matured as much as you have. Maybe he regrets his actions and just wants to know if you are OK. But, then again, maybe he wants to see if you are as hot as you were when you were 7. Whatever you do, I wouldn't go alone. Take a "girlfriend", and imply that because of earlier experiences, you aren't much interestd in men.

You can either make yourself scarce, say you have to work or something.
Or see him, but make sure someone else is with you when you do. And if he brings up the past inform your parents what he did to you (not in great detail if its upsetting) then let them sort him out for you. Good luck.

First of all, if this is a real life scenario, then i highly suggest that you tell someone. It isn't right that he gets away with doing that to you. If i were you i would tell someone, or report it to the police. Then when he comes into town i would refuse to see him.

Obviously you want this to remain a secrete. I suggest you see him and reveal to him that his actions were despicable. You find him an undesired person and this will remain a secrete as long as he never attempt to touch you ever again.

You have the cops waiting for him when he gets home. I little time in jail will give him a chance to realize he's a perv and you telling your story will allow you to heal.
