here in finland you get it when you are 18 and it sucks.... but i got it a year ago so i´m cool.....

It's 15, but there are like 3 levels of license if i remember each getting more and more difficult to pass..

Because of the cost it took my other, almost 3 years to afford a full fledge license in New Zealand. set him back almost 500 bucks. (Granted this was 15 years ago)

a) I am not a kiwi
B) I live in Australia
C) if I was a kiwi living there I wouldn't have had too wait until I was 16 to get my L's but now I have my P's so I'm happy.
