Interesting...to say the least...
Though I aint really surprised because I remember from my history classes that in Islam's early years Muslim Scholars traveled the known world in search of all knowledge (for example a significant quantity of today's Greek and Roman knowledge that we have is thanks to those scholars). Obviously this allowed the writers of the Q'uran to have a more updated view of the world than the writers who wrote the Bible.
Still...one man's or woman's faith never has to be decided by the content of the holy book of that faith...rather by that man's or woman's personal conviction and honest belief in the Almighty.

yeah,,, that proofs that Kuraan is words of GOD.... unlike the bible (with all respect) that used to believe that earth is flat,,,,
kuraan never been rewrittn and tilling scientefic facts since 1400 years ago...
