A quick cure can often be found by adopting the yoga position known as the baby position. Kneel on the floor, and bend forward until your head is touching the floor. Now raise your bum in the air, so that your weight is resting on your face. Turn your head to the left, and concentrate on your breathing. Breath in while you count 8, hold your breath for a count of 4, breath out while you count eight, and then again hold your breath for a count of four. Repeat this seven times, and then turn your face to the right, and repeat all over again. By the time you have finished, your stomach pain will be gone.

But you really do need to consider the weight problem. Cut out the sodas and french fries and burgers!!

The paramedics won't say anything about your weight - they really don't care. Weight issues don't usually cause stomach pain, anyway.

It might be best to contact a trusted adult and have them drive you to the ER. Can you reach your parents? Do they have a cell phone? If so, please call your parents and let them know what is going on.

If you can't reach anyone, it might be best to call an ambulance. It's impossible to evaluate you through the computer and tell you if you need to be seen immediately, or if you can wait till your parents get home. So, to be on the safe side, if you can't reach anyone, you might want to call for an ambulance. Chances are it's nothing serious, but it's not something to take chances with.

Hope this helps; feel better soon :-)

Don't try self-medication..

definitely call for medical assistance...

You might have apendicitis

And call your family as soon as the doctor arrives and tells you what's wrong...

You wouldn't want them to come and find you gone to the hospital and not knowing what happened..!

And Kelsey, being overweight doesn't cause stomach pains, so worry about that once you've recuperated from this!
Good luck Sweetie!
