It's not good to hold stress in. Find some physical activity. I run and no matter how tense I am before I start I am completely relaxed by the end. It really helps.

There a number of things which frustrate me a lot. But if all this arrives I start thinkin of something good which will happen in near future like my favourite TV serials telecast. About my favourite actor his smiling face etc. Above all I think that all this will pass away in due course of time. So just relax!

Seek out Professional help from those who know how to help you.
I know about frustration for you and family.
My son has problems and we have had to step back and get him professional help.
We are still there for him
You are not a bother to anyone it is all in how you perceive it.

go out side or sneek outside and take a jog / well its good exersize anyways so ya or OR what i did it snook a wine kooler it relaxed me so much trust me im not liyng and im not here for like what fuc.ken 2 points so ya

problems, first thing is to change your perspective. opportunities.
is what life gives us. opportunities to be a better person. how? feel good about how you deal with these opportunities. you have to live with your choices. make sure they are yours, not someone elses opinion.
