Say, "Hey let's_____ ." If that doesn't work! Try, "I'm going to__ ___,do you want to come with me?"If he says no, go out and have fun with out him! I didn't say Cheat on him I said have fun! If you love him going out and not being bad shouldn't be a problem.But don't waste what small time that you have sitting around being bored!!!

hmm sounds better than me, im so boring that girls dont like meeeeee....... ok its not that bad but apparently i am very boring cuz i have nothing to talk about, even though i do a lot of 'fun' things.

maybe its in his nature. you may be too exciting for him if you press him too hard to do all the things you want him to do. good idea for you two to have your own personal fun things to do separately.
