The first love is like the first person you knew, and you could trusted.
Love can't get better than that because with the first guy you are a rose facing the sun just to feel loved and cared 4 and that shines so bright that you have everyone attention.
But when you have your heart broken thats when the rose loses it's love and the petals fall off and it wilts.
This rose is trying to find that true love again intill he/she find someone to fill there needs once again.
So the other lovers are like a search for the first.

I thought it was "true love" when I married by first husband. Boy was I wrong!! I never knew what "true love" was until I married again 13 years later. Love does not happen only once and that's for sure.

Nobody can answer that. For some people it may only happen once, but I have a lot of friends that wouldn't trade one of their past partners for anything, even though they're not with that person anymore. Good luck.

there are different types of love the love you have for you mate the love you have for your children the love you have for your parents and the love you have for you pets which one would you be asking about
long term soul mate type of love you are lucky if you see it in your lifetime and then on the other hand you might be lucky to find it more than once who knows it is the luck of the draw I think

i have compared all my ex's to this one guy and i've known deep down that i've loved him all this time and he loved me and still does..love happens only once..grab on and never let go...
