That is due to logic dealing with thngs that have actually happened and could possibly happen. while some lies seem logical at first, once a few things are called into account, logic exposes the lie.

If someone thinks logically then they are less likely to lie. Lies usually come out of emotion, when someone is either put on the spot or thinking of the "feelings" of others. but, someone who only thinks logically looks for the truth in all things; science, theories, etc.

Truth is not an objective word. This word is subjective to its user. The truth of a mad man is not my truth and vice versa. Logic dictates things either are true or false, yes and no, etc.

The only logic I can sense is that we all are creatures of Almighty God...and HE is the supreme commander of the goodness among us....following 'Truth' is the most logical thing for us. Its the most memorable experiecne in the lives of everybody. Truth's impact is the only cherishable faith for us to live in peace. I agree when you say sometimes lie can save one innocent; but this philosophy too compounded within the limits of Truth. You yourself used "sometimes" it doesn't mean that everytime we are allowed to put "lie" just to save innocent.
Truth excels everywhere....and sane thing is to keep the truth to win.

logic has little to do with morality. Experience as an intelligent human should direct you to make decisions for every ones best interest.
