Assalamu Alaikum,
Its been observed that most of us write "MOSQUE" for $"Masjid" and even calling it as Mosque in daily routine, what elders and teachers say that the word "MOSQUE" means the house of mosquitoes not Masjid. So better be careful next time instead of writing mosque, u can write MASJID it doesn't matter..
Most we have seen the spelling of MAKKAH as MECCA The word MECCA means "Sharab Khaana" (place where a lot of wine is drunk) . So lets all of us be careful of writing MECCA.
Many people whose name start with Muhammed, write in a short form as "Mohd". This "Mohd" means "A dog which has a big mouth".
Guys please forward this message to as many muslim brothers and sisters as possible.

Never heard it as short for 'Muhammed', and I have never heard that word before. It is not in any dictionary known.
Please be careful with scholars' teachings as sometimes they try to use any means to convince you that there is a imperialism-americanism-israeli ploy to destroy Islam, which is not true.

I had heard that Muhammed should not be substituted for short forms but I never heard of anything you mentioned. Can you contact me and tell me your source of information?

Its the work of the Zionis or The Jewish wisdom because they hate Mohammad ever since the birth of Muhammad.
