It is a classic. An absolute classic. Not the same without Zero Mostel, certainly, but good clean fun nonetheless.

Jesus Christ Superstar sucks the Producer's shorts.

i do not get a number of those solutions, one the only hand they say "faith with out works is useless",James 2:17–18 the works for salvation human beings use that one lots, yet James is emphasizing the point that authentic faith in Christ will produce a replaced existence and good works (James 2:20-26). James isn't affirming that justification is with the aid of religion plus works, yet particularly that someone who's extremely justified with the aid of religion could have good works in his/her existence. and then on the different hand they say it is carefully grace and they don't deserve it. properly which one is it? the J.W's believe salvation is obtained with the aid of a blend of religion, good works, and obedience. This contradicts endless scriptures which declare salvation to be received with the aid of grace with the aid of religion (John 3:16; Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5). The Roman Catholic Church teaches that salvation is with the aid of baptismal regeneration and is maintained with the aid of the Catholic sacraments till a willful act of sin is dedicated that breaks the state of sanctifying grace. those are all works, so I ask back, it is it? you may't say there might want to be works and interior an same breath say "i did not deserve it", because works for salvation is attempting to earn salvation. i'm at a loss for words, are they earning salvation with what they do and there for they deserve it, or is it grace and has no longer some thing to do with what they do? they could't have it both thoughts.

Oh, where to start! An amazing piece of work in the original production, a classic in its recent revival! American theater needs more work like this! Bravo!

I think it's funny- there is a difference between sarcasm and insulting, and the musical is definitely intended to be sarcastic (duh, they even say that explicitly).
I took no insult
