A cup of oatmeal, scrambled egg (no yolk), wheat muffin or toast, and fruits. That should keep you full until lunch. And, oh by the way, drink plenty of water.

Have Fruit.
Every morning have a breakfast of fresh fruit. This is a wonderful way to start the day. Because fruit is a powerful detoxifier. It has the highest water content of all foods and travels through the body very quickly. Other than the nutrients it provides, the fiber in fruit acts like a brush to keep the intestinal walls clean and clear. The soluble fibers in fruit also help to lower cholesterol in the blood.
Fruit is a very simple food. It contains sugars that are ready for the body to utilize, and provides its own enzymes, so it does not need much time to be digested in the stomach. The body works hard to pass fruit out of the stomach as quickly s possible, so that its nutrients will be absorbed rapidly through the walls of the small intestine and colon. This is why fruit should not be combined with other foods and should not be consumed for several hours after eating protein or starch. If you have fruit following your meal, the sugar in the fruit will ferment in the stomach, causing bloating and gas Many people believe that eating fruit for dessert is a healthy choice, but in fact it gets held up in your stomach by the other foods, causing fermentation.
After eating fruit, allow at least 1-2 hours before eating any other kind of food Morning is the best time to eat fruit, because then you can be certain other foods have already been digested. Traditional dietitians advise people to eat a hearty breakfast consisting of foods from all four food groups. Our bodies really don't need that much food in the morning, because it is still utilizing the nutrients from the food we ate last night

Eating, the very same thing each and every day , will bore u , what I can suggest is a propotionate and haealthy combination of , cereals, yoghurt and fruits , u can easily choose , the green ones and all the fruits , will work wonders, and of course low fat yoghurt and skimed milk.

Juice, orange fights the common cold and congestion, but any flavor juice.
Wheat toast.
Grapefruit, (if you like it) this fruit is a natural for loosing weight.
