For just toning, you would want to use light or no weights. Probably aerobic. It's tough to say what exercises to do, because we don't know what parts you want to tone.

If you're going for calf muscles, stand almost tip-toe on the edge of a step. Lift yourself up and down using just your tip-toes.

If you're going for stomach, try lying on your back and lifting your feet about 2-3 inches from the ground and holding them there for about 30 seconds at a time.

There are an endless number of exercises for an almost endless amount of muscles.

i dont have tips 4 home but if u realy want 2 get into shape get a laber job
u will b suprised by the results
and u get paid to work out

wenever you get up from the couch or watever, stretch out. get the fitness made simple DVD/Video... i tried it and it really works. im a weak person and it wasnt hard at all! its a great workout routine. if u just wnna do stuff around the house then jog in place when you have time like wen your waiting for water to boil while making spagetti... hahha... sounds stupid but it really works

oh.....exercise is the key 2 gud health...exercise atleast 2 hrs a day n change ur diet 2 fruits,cereals n yoghurt
