I swear my pants feel looser since i broke my addiction to soda. I have started to drink more water during the wintertime while sitting in front of the computer. I also have been walking every night.

Keep it up, as the pounds will come back if you start with the soda agina. I used to drink 5 or 6 cans of Dew a day and barely eat anything and I was still packin more junk in the trunk. Just a little walking and lots of water have definately got your ball rolling! As much as I love it, I am beginning to think soda is evil; it is also one of the leading contributors to adult onset diabetes.
