She'll probably be nervous for a little while and then come out and explore and get comfortable. When people watch my cat I always give them my contact information in case there's a problem as well as my vet's contact information. Good luck and enjoy your 4 days! :)

If your kitten gets along with your friend, and been to her place before, there should be no problem, as long as she knows where the potty is (and she's litter trained) If not, it'll take a little getting used to your friends place, but it shouldn't be a problem, as long as there's no older cats around.Does your friend have roughly the same (work/school) schedule as you?

Hi,
Your baby should be fine, whenever my three kittys stay at my parents home,I make a bed for each of them with a shirt of mine and one of my fiancees, but we wore them all day to acquire our scents(we do this 3 days in a rolr prior to leaving,,,)and we put a soft blanket, a pillow and their favorite toys.Sure...they miss us,but I know they have fun in that big house with lots of windows and things they would love to investigate.
Bring his/hers litter box, litter, scooper, zippered ziplocl bags(we use these for litter disposale)food and water dishes, bottled water, food, treats and a set of instructions and emergency phone numbers(vet, the number where you can be reached in case of an emergency, and some money.....
Does your friend have any cats or dogs.......introduce them slowly and giving your kitty a room of its own. Look for loose electrical cords, andremove things of value like :blinds, drapes, comforter or anything that looks enticing to a kitten........
The kitten will be find and it is good yor friend is at home.... toavoid any diasters.....Right....Try not to worry ( I know that we do, we call everyday where away to check on my parents and my three precious kittys. I hope your new kitty brings you as much joy as my 3 babies do...Good-luck...What is its name and its breed????send me a message some time and if you ever have any
other questions,i will be here, take care......

This is not a Magic Eight Ball. If you have concerns, chat with your friend. Make sure the cat has her toys and comforts of home. Try to teach your friend the cat's routine, that way she won't feel too uncomfortable.

You kitty may get a bit lonely, but she should be OK. Just give your friend (who I'm sure you trust) good written instructions. Make sure she knows where to reach you if she needs to and where to take the kitty if there is some unforseen emergency. NO worries, your kitty will be OK - you're probably the one who will have more of a problem (I hate leaving my kitties when I go out of town!)

It will be hard but most animals will adjust in a few days. I remember when my friends cat came to stay with me and my cat and him didn't get along at first. I gave them both cat nip once and after that they were the best of friends.

she'll be fine-as long as your friend does not mistreat her. Be prepared for when you come back, she may be a bit perturbed. Cats do not like change to their environment around them-and she may be upset with you for a few days, or seem out of sorts. Give her ALOT of love and affection if she takes it. If she seems to shun you, do not force affection on her. She will come around on her terms not yours.
