Assuming your talking about the physically (on the actual body) most sensitive part, it is without a doubt the CLITORIS. It has more nerve endings congregated there than anywhere else on the body. This is an objective answer, meaning it is the ONLY right answer, medically speaking. People telling you the nipples or the neck are trying to be cute, which is fine, but this is the true answer.
