i can feel the six packs but i can't see them from the mirror

I do about 200 situps and 400 leg raises every other day
i also run outside about 1 and half hour every other day also

but why isn't my packs visible?
do i need to do more situps and leg raises?

What you lack in ur excercise is RUNNING!
Yup, doing situps and leg raise is to tone ur tummy but u need to shed those fats by running before your six pack could be visible.

Yes I agree that we should have a conversation, but I am also having the same problem regarding my abs. When I was in high school, the head football coach just happens to be my gym teacher :( So there are these exercise machines that will help you. It's like doing crunches and sit-ups, but it has resistance. You know there is a bar in front of you and you have to push it up while you do the sit-up, and the bar is connected to these weights. I am a horrible explainer but its a machine. If you want to have rock hard solid visible abs, you should find this machine at a gym near you. Or just create your own. I DID!!!!!

Go to a tanning bed. It helps make muscles look more tone and visible.
