i do this constantly and have no idea why ,i usualy dont even think about it .i just sudenly realize im dooing it agin

i loked at symptoms of ocd and and my situation is not like this compeled is the wrong word

Some people just have 'tics' that cause them to do things involuntarily. If you are really concerned about this, talk to your doctor.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, OCD. You probable should be put on Paxil or a drug of that type. It can get worse and really start to screw with you life, so it is best to address it while it is a small problem.

O.C.D.this problem wont get better without professional help its usually cause by a deeper problem that your note wanting too deal with my gf had this same problem except she would take one stand off hair at a time unknowingly and pull it out not filling a thing she did this tell she was getting very balled thus becoming a norther problem so get help soon
