Get fresh eggs in room temperature. Beat it lightly with a fork and add a pinch of salt. Milk should be warm. This will ensure that the outcome texture of the egg is smooth. Add any desirable ingredients like chopped ham and onions. Warm the pan and melt the butter. Its the skill you put in that make scramble eggs different :)

This is probably a bit different from the usual, but sometimes i just add chili sauce to the egg and beat it together, then make it into scrambled egg.

I personally like to substitute Ranch dressing for the milk. I also add a bit of garlic powder and parsley. Sometimes I melt a bit of shredded cheese on top just before they are finished cooking. Mmmm.

I'm famous for mine. Eggs, couple drops of water, fresh cracked pepper, liberal amount of seasoned salt (like Lawry's), a sprinkle of parsley (fresh is best, but dried will work), and a dollop of sour cream. Adding cheese and/or veggies is good, but not necessary with these.

Use a very small amount of water instead of milk, a pinch of garlic powder, salt , pepper and a smidgen of cheddar cheese. Get your pan up to medium high with a Tbdp of margarine or butter, don;t let them burn.
