Buy a bag or two of walnut halves.

Eat 10 walnut halves the first day. 12 the next day. 14 the next day. Keep incrasing the walnut diet until you come down with the preposterous, unmistakable, WALNUT FARTS.

Back off by 4 walnut halves and make that part of your diet forever.
