Li’lmu’n =
Li’ sa’ ta =

Tamtaruna =
Bi’ha =
Wa’tabi’oo’n =

Sirato’om =
Mustaq’im =

I meant, break up the whole ayat. Like wa means and. ( I don't know more than that :) That is what i meant by give me word to word translation

Wa inahu=and he (Jesus the son of Mary)
Li’lmu’n = shall be a known
Li’ sa’ ta = sign for the hour
Fla = Therefore don`t
Tamtaruna =doubt
Bi’ha = concerning it
Wa’tabi’oo’n =And follow me (Allah)
Haza = This is
Sirato’om = (ACTUALLY IT`S Sirato`n) N not M

the next 2 words have to be put together
Sirato’on Mustaq’im =The straight path

but you should read the context of the verse to get a better understanding
