they are mainly on the top and bottom of my eye and on my cheeks

Yellow bumps like you describe sounds like an allergy. Zits don't happen on the skin around the eye. Also, one can become allergic to anything at any time. And, you can stop an allergy just as fast. So, check with a Dr. and see what allergy meds you could start. A dermatologist migh be the best variety.

Sounds like white heads. You need to clean the skin and use astringent. If you have a good peeling mask to help remove those (some drugstores sell those) use that.

they are fatty deposits forget their proper name now as i have just got up,but can be a sign of high cholesterol ,or also hereditary
