The digestive enzymes in your saliva will already be breaking down the sperm before they even begin to get swallowed; as they slide down your esophagus into your stomach, they are bathed in a concentrated solution of hydrochloric acid, which will dissolve whatever is left of them in a matter of minutes. Even if by some fluke of biology your stomach happened to be in any way connected to your reproductive system (which it most *definitely* is not, have no fear of that!!), the sperm would be so thoroughly broken down into amino acids, sugars, and the occasional bit of protein, there would be no possible way for them to fertilize an egg, should one miraculously be in the area.
No, your number one concern if you're swallowing sperm is about STDs (sexually transmitted diseases), because that means he wasn't wearing a condom--and that's actually *much* more of a concern than worry about pregnancy. Be safe--STDs can kill you, so anytime you're sexually active with a male, make sure he's wearing a condom.
Good luck, and start worrying for the right reasons--it'll help keep you alive and healthy. :)

The answer is NO. Swallowing sperm will never make anyone pregnant because there are no human ova in your stomach for them to fertilize. Your mouth and your stomach are not sex organs and in real sexual intercourse, sperm do not belong in your mouth, which is part of your digestive system. This kind of a question indicates that you are too inexperienced and much too young to be thinking about swallowing any sperm or getting entangled in any kind of sexual encounter. SEX IS FOR MARRIED ADULTS. First prepare yourself to face the responsibility you will have to bear when you get old enough to marry and begin a sexual relationship and learn as much as you can so that no jerks on this website can mislead you, insult you or confuse you about the things a young lady needs to know to stay out of trouble. Best wishes.

okay well ignore them because this site is for help, its none of their business how old you are and what you do in your private time. The answer is no swallowing sperm will not lead to pregnancy, some STD's however can be transferred orally.

No, it wont - just don't kiss him again if he's going down on you next, cause you may accidentally transfer some across that way, and that would be one of the most unfortunate ways to get pregnant that I can think of... Let him see to you first.... :P
Sperm 1: "Are we anywhere near the egg yet?"
Sperm 2: "Nah, we've only just passed the tonsils..."
