How old are you by the way? Maybe this guy is inlove with you, or she admires you, or maybe he just want you to be his friend. If he still won't stop bothering you, don't mind him just move on.

How old are you? If you are old enough, contact his parents. If you aren't, tell your parents and ask them to call his parents to deal with it.
