A family member is married to a phillipino. Because she lacks maturity, the marriage has fell. Her green card is expiring soon, so she has trying to blemish a very good persons name by saying he has abused her. Everyone excepted her with open arms and enjoyed her company. But the truth of the matter is she was only wanting to come to America because of money. How would you go about establishing a legal system to prevent this type of people from damaging the good names of others, namely, any American that is foolish enough to be snowed by the cold foriegners? I would like to see Americans fight for their fellow Americans.

Easy.. They know most are hispanic.. So, they of course give into them and do all the catering necessary to get that extra vote-- for their own personal outlook..

They do it for themselves-- They are rich anyway, so what's that going to hurt by supporting their protest?

It's the younger class that's hurting-- and those without degrees. It's our children that are going to be hurt in the long run.

The American children can't even get in schools because they aren't of the 'minority' which is really the 'majority' here in the southern states.

I have a cousin that recently graduated in San Antonio, and she did so with top honors. She can't even get into a college or get a scholarship for that matter because she is not hispanic.

I say **** the U.S. Government and start a revolution! It's already bad-- And it ain't gonna get any better if we don't stand up to our bull**** politicians that lied to us...

We put them in office to uphold our country; to keep it in check and to deliver the goals and priveledges the American people deserve.

They arn't doing anything, but thinking for themselves!

There are a select few with their heads on a swivel. But, not many.

The politicians supporting illegals and or this new reform need to be tried in court! It has gotten to the point, where it is clearly-- way out of hand! The American people will backlash.. Just wait-- it only takes a bit of time to look at the facts, and fish up the real objective for Mexico and their supporters.

Come next year, our next Admininstration will be studied very closely. The U.S. citizens, I don't believe will be able to withstand much more ****! This has got to stop.. NOW!!

he only married a Filipino if he is gay you might have meant a Filippina but not getting the terms right makes your statement suspect. Your family member likely did abuse her and is wanting to divorce her now so that she gets shipped back home and he doesn't have to pay alimony. Abusers like that make me sick. you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

So, you want a legal system that knows in advance whether someone is lying, and can tell whether to try a case before any evidence is heard.

Have you seen Minority Report, with Tom Cruise?

I don't think it;s right for someone to become a citizen of ANY country just from being married to one of their people

no, you lack maturity, your family member treat her wife as a maid not a wife, like you, want a wife to be submissive , a wife is a partner in life not a servant or a f..ck toy , any wonam treated like this will rebel and fight for justice.
