i want to do a mini project in environmental science having 6 months duration and i want to do something based on chemistry.

U should go for air pollution. As per u asking for the chem advntge u should go for 11nth std or 12th std chem book about the carbon di oxide concentration. My grandpa is working for the same project at national level in India.He might be helping u if u contact me back.

If you wish to go for a project on Pollution go for the topic
1.)Biodegradation A project to Curb Pollution.
2.)Plastics Pollution and its Prevention.

see by my opinion air pollution is best or what you can do is you can make project containing 4-5 topics
and your title will be world on death bed

and then you can write on various chemicals released and if you are indian then you can take chemistry-1 of eleventh or evs books of various classes

Go for Noise Pollution or Air pollution.It's little easy than other. You will get a lot of information about it. For eg: noises of vehicles,people,etc for noise pollution, and the smoke from factories, chimneys of housesetc, for air pollution.

it is huge subject that you have choosen ok it is better to go for water pollution or air pollution. in case of water pollution you can measuer the contomination level like :FLOURIDE , OXYGEN LEVEL, CO2 % e.t.c and you can also go for acid level. while coming to the air pollution you can measuer the level of the CO2,SO2,CFC LEVEL e.t.c to measuer the the above said are avelable in in any chemical labs. ALL THE BEST
