That's a mean question.
It's a pain in the posterior to lose weight.
Weight loss boils down to a simple equasion: calories consumed minus calories burned equals weight loss/gain.
For many, getting the ball rolling is hard. I spent two months in daily workouts at a health club, two hours a day of cardio and weights and. lost no weight, despite reducing caloric intake. I was getting healthier, but that the numbers didn't go down was so frustrating. If not for a serious back injury, I probably would've lost a few kilos, but it was still hard to keep my interest in this with no real results.

Or, how much does it cost to kill a fat person with food? Not very long if you have a heart condition due to your overeating.
Long and suffering if you are bedridden and get bedsores and can't get up to use the bathroom or even wipe yourself...EAT HEALTHY!

It'd probably cost a lot, cuz junk food is more expensive than healthy food. Then again, it costs me a lot to stay skinny cuz I hafta pay gym dues!

depends on how tall they are, how old, how active. You could easily do it for as much as skinny people stay skinny.
