The most awesome topping for a Triscuit is Philadelphia Cream Cheese (the Chive and Onion variety)
Theres just something about the way the two go together, its heavenly. Also its better with Low Sodium Triscuits.

'' SPINACH DIP'' This is a dip that will go good for assorted items, crackers, bread, veggies and so on, you can even use it on your meals it is soooo good.
1 package frozen chopped spinach cooked
1 tub of sour cream
1 package of Knorr Vegetable soup mix( not just any veg soup mix)
just mix all together refrigerate for at least 4 hours, the longer the better, the favour gets better the longer you leave it in the frig. Serve with chips or what ever you like, they'll come back for more. You can make lots by adding 2 tubs of sour cream. Good luck I know you will like this, even if you don't like spinach you will not taste it and no one will know thats it's in there unless you tell them.
