Honey you are NOT FAT , you are a beautyful person. ;)

you should not be worried about pounds and height because fat actually weighs less than muscle. so if you have more muscles then you weigh more ....

dont be too concerned about what the scale tells you ....

Be happy with who you are, if you can look in the mirror and like what you see , then ITS ALL GOOD :)

dont let people pressure you or make you feel bad because of your weight ....

you are beautyful just as you are ;)

No I'm 5'4 and 150 and I don't think I look bad sure I'm not a Victoria Secret model but not all guys want skinny girls ya know. I use to think that way to so I tried to lose weight and I did by starving myself and I got sick everytime I ate and I decided looking Like a model wasn't worth my life. I am meant to be bigger than most girls but that does not make me inferior just made for someone else who can love me for the way I am. Now I have a great boyfriend and he loves me the way I am. So You know what you are not fat you're just made for someone special to love. I hope that helped you I promise I am telling the whole truth I'm not trying to make you feel better or pity or anything I'm just trying to keep you from the same mistake I made.

I'm the same height and I weigh 157 and nobody thinks I'm that heavy because I'm an hourglass figure. I'm in the midst of losing weight though because I'm a little overweight; the doctor told me with my build, the most I should weigh is 145.

I don't think your fat you are just right. But if you feel uncomfortable with the way you are or you feel a litttle heavy then just cut down on some foods that you really enjoy like i don't know sweets maybe or bread . If you loose 10 pounds you'll be just fine. I still think your not fat.

It's not skinny but it's not too bad either. Before I became pregnant I was 150 lbs and I'm 5'3", so I know exactly what you mean.
I am big at the hips and have a big butt and thighs, but my upper torso is/was small and I was very capable of wearing small sized shirts. People never saw me as fat, but not as skinny either. Just ok.

Rule of thumb used to be start with 100lbs and add 5lbs for ever inch over 5ft. In your case healthy would be 120lbs.

I have no idea what you look like or how it is distributed but, that is on the heavy side. Now you may be a brick house but how would anyone know?

It all depends on how you're built. Just try excercising and if you stay relatively the same weight, than ur fine.

um... kinda

have you looked up your weight to your height to see if you fall in the overweight or obese category? I think they have some charts online.

http://www.nutribase.com/fwchartf.shtml

according to that, yes you are overweight

as much as people say that it's okay to be overweight, it's not. it's not healthy.
