Mary, a pleasure to meet you finally. I wonder if I can ask you Mary, excuse me please, but have I offended you in some way? I apologize if I did, unknowlingly. Please tell me if I have?"
If Mary says not, why? brush it off with some comment of mis-reading her actions. Then ask her some stuff to get to know her and change the damn subject.
If she says yes, then apologize and offer to make amends.

First off if you know her friends it is easy to find out what she likes or doesn´t like. Talk about something common to both of you. School, work, a bus route, a job or what ever. Ask her if she would like to eat with a group of your peers. This way she feels safe some girls and some boys. Watch what music she plays, and what she eats. These are good conversation starters. If the eating place has games invite her to play. Make sure you pay of course. Don't have expectations of any thing much beyond this for a first meeting or date.

it's easy as a.b.c. First, start ur conversation with a smile which u had never give dat truly smile 2 anyone else except 2 dat lucky girl... then, try 2 introduce urself as polite as u can... try to get her respond n u must know her 1st n all the thing she lyke so dat the conversation wouldn't hanging n it'll be longer!!!

Just start off with a simple "Hi." and whatever it is that makes her seem strange to you, don't make a big deal about it or she might feel insulted.

make eye contact smile and say hi works for me. they can either talk back or say hello and leave but its open
