She is nervous about the classes and the 7th and 8th graders, cause they say that the the older ones rule. and they will make their lives hell if they are talking bad about them, and she is so nervous. Oh and she starts an monday.

Tell her that in the beginning it's rough but not impossible she would some times hate it and some love it but in 2 years she would rule the younger kids in middle school MWAHAHAHAHA any who middle school is the most funnest time and easiest untill highschool which blows lol but tell her not to worry and have fun cuz these years are what makes u YOU lol.

My sister is going to be an 8th grader this year, so I've been in your shoes. I basically just told her that i would always have her back, and if someone was messing with her I would sit down and have a little heart-to-heart with that person. If that didn't work, i have my own ways of making their life a living hell once they got to high school.
If that doesn't help your sis, have her find a large-ish group to hang with, you know, safety in numbers. (Make sure she doesn't conform in a dangerous way. Middle schoolers are very impressionable, and sometimes don't know what they are doing before it's done.) Good luck. <><

the 8 graders do rule the school and will hurt u if u talk bad about them but most middle schools have seperate hallways for them and as long as she dosent talk about them then she'll b fine. it isnt that bad. when i started middle school i didnt know anybody cuz i was new. at leats ur sister will have the same friends as she did at the elementry.

The first days of school are always hard for any school and any grade you just have to fit in and go with the flow soon than later you will adjust its part of life this goes on always even when you start new jobs !!!!

just tell her to try it out. talk to her friends and what they feel. stay clicked in her group and dont take she*it from nobody
schol gets harder as years go by. just deal it and experience it.
middle school aint that bad. its only 2 years then its high school. tell her bout your experiences too if that helps.

Tell her to stay away from trouble. Tell her just to be herself and tell her if something wrong happens you will be there to help coz that's what big sisters do.

just tell her that as long as she does't go around talking trash about other people, stealing other girls boyfriend...or doing things that could cause her to be called a slut....she'll be absolutely fine.
