God lives in the hearts of his people, and when you have needs, you pray, and God sends help through his people, , Or maybe he sees to it that you get the job that others are more qualified for. Or maybe you were greedy, and needed to learn a lesson, and he will let you find your own way out of the mess. But either way God Is very much real, and living in the hearts of many. you will know it when you Love even those who hate you.

God is a spirt, an animating principle, "enthapy" to an engineer.
God does not speak to you! He doesn't speak to priests or pastors or rabbis. He smirks at all the conceited prayers offered to him.
God DOES SPEAK to the person you really trust and turn to in a crisis here in this capitalistic economy. God speaks to everyone's secretive, tight-mouthed, shrewd professional friend, the certified public accountant.
CPAs are intensely and continuously infused with the "holy spirit" and sense with sureness what God wants. They have to do this to pass the tricky, insanely picky CPA examination.
So your CPA, being inspired by God, can help you with your bills, though your rectal sphincter will pucker and throb when you hear his advice -- which will be -- live below your means, stop buying things, get along without a car, leave the house hotter in summer and colder in winter to cut heating bills, give up cable TV and stop snacking at pricey places full of b*llsh*t ambiance like Starbucks.
Spend LESS after-tax discretionary income. Do this long enough and hard enough and God will smile upon your wisdom and bestow some prosperity on you.
That's how God helps you. God is a CPA and an Episcopalian.

as you give, thus will you receive. Try giving away belongings you do not need or use to a charity organization. If you go to church give 10% of your time and income to the church. If not give it to the needy. It will return to you and you will recieve more than you gave!
This really works.

By giving you the strength and hope to withstand the worst possible things that the world can throw at you. I wish there was more to it to tell you, but that's it. But remember, god made you, he knows your limitations better than you do. he won't give you more than you can carry, just more than you think you can, to remind you that you are more than you think. YOU ARE A DIVINE CREATION ABOVE ALL ELSE.

God doesn't help. God has given us all the tools we need, it's up to us to use them. That's the crux of free-will baby!!

Your bills are your own problem. Deal with them and stop whining.
And, duh, if there were no air you wouldn't be alive so I guess you answered your own stupid question although you're probably too stupid to realize it.
Good luck to you!
