If you admit having OCD then I think you might have a more complex issue. You really should see a doctor about this. There are treatments that can help.
Besides, at least half the people in the world don't even know who you are, they all can't be against you. My dad said he thought that paranoids were real conceded, they thought that most of people cared about them.
Okay, those were some pretty poor jokes. I have had a depression problem since 1990, so I do know that mental problems can really mess up your life. Unless you get help for them. I have to take medication every day. I look at my medication as ammunition to keep me in the fight to live my life as I want to. When I take my medication in public, no one every asks me why. A lot of people have to take prescription drugs now days. If you want to talk more you can contact me.

I'm not exactly sure if OCD is related to this... I know OCD makes someone extra-sensitive or aware of their surroundings. However, most likely, you had an incident or experience from your past that is related to the feelings you are experiencing now.
Just for the sake of your peace of mind, maybe ask a doctor.
Good luck!
P.S. It's more fun if you stop being paranoid.... I'm like that sometimes and I start googling everything in the world! Only to realize that my case wasn't even that serious as the ones I discover on the crazy thing called the Internet!

What Is Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder?
Every kid, teen, and adult has experienced anxiety, fear, or worry at some time - it's completely normal to worry about school, your friends, what people think of you, your appearance, and tons of other stuff. But some teens and kids - about 1 million in the United States - experience obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), an anxiety disorder that causes the brain to get stuck on a thought or urge or to behave in a repetitive way. Teens with OCD feel they don't have control over their thoughts or fears and it may cause them to think about them repeatedly. These thoughts or behaviors that need to be repeated may interfere with a teen's life and may cause the teen to feel extremely embarrassed or ashamed.
Teens with OCD often experience two parts of the disorder: obsessions and compulsions. Obsessions are thoughts, impulses, or images that occur repeatedly, even though the person with OCD doesn't want them to and finds them extremely disturbing. Along with the obsessions, a person with OCD often experiences feelings of fear or anxiety. Teens with OCD try to make their obsessions go away by performing compulsions, which are behaviors or rituals. These behaviors, when repeated the "right" number of times or when performed the "right" way, neutralize or diminish the anxiety. For example, a teen with OCD who has a fear that he forgot to lock the door may try to make the obsession go away by repeatedly checking to see if the door was locked.

Well, It only has to do with your ocd if you are obsessing about it. Are they compulsive thoughts that you can't control? Some people are naturaly cautious(in this world you kinda have to be) Maybe it is just a mixture of both. You should talk to your doctor about it though ;)

This world has come to so much crime and violence that i can understand why you feel that way. But sometimes if it is 24/7 then maybe it could be ocd.

Well if you've been clinically diagnosed with OCD, then I'd say yep, that's it. Otherwise, you could just be paranoid, or have a paraniod psychiatric disorder.

My girlfriend is constantly looking over her shoulder and is always asking me about what our friends are up to. She thinks that if she isn't up on something or know something they will end up backstabbing her. She is way paranoid sometimes....

paranoia is a mental malfunction, its not part of your ocd, but just one of those things that often joins ocd, tell your doctor, see if he can do anything to help you.
