Jeez, some people get HOSTILE when they think you are asking something that is not even the question you ARE asking, if they would just read a little further, they might understand what you meant. And then they call the asker a moron!

I agree! Someone was asking about the show "Are You Afraid of the Dark?" and in the details she was asking where to find DVDs of the series. Instead, there were people answering "I'm not afraid of the dark."

Either out of emotional response to the question asked, or in an effort to be first to answer a question, people often answer without reading all the details. Either way, it's not like you are paying for their answers, so take the good with the bad, or stop using the site.

Well... you can realize right away who came only for two points and don't really care about answering a question. the point system is actually a problem.
Or they might be just too lazy. They think additional detail might not be important to read... so their answer won't be important to read either.
