Are you possibly making a conversion error I hope? 4500 ml is over 4 quarts, like over a gallon. Sure, substituting in some decaf is reasonable. Even consider putting shots of espresso in drip decaf; there is less caffeine in espresso than a cup of drip regular coffee.

But more concerning than the caffeine is that amount of fluid without any minerals. Do your kidneys still work ok? Do you have a compulsive fluid drinking disorder, it can be treated. You may need medical help on this one. Seriously.

I'm not sure if you drink 4,500ml or (4) 500ml (or 2,000ml) of coffee, but either way OMG!!! I would start by drinking half caff, then after you are acclimated to that, decrease the total volume by half. How do you have enough time in the day?

replace the half with water :-) or juice any other substitutes such as hot chocolate. You need to understand that it is BAD FOR YOU!!!! you might be addicted. really you should be drinking the same amount of water. Cut down and down till you totally stop. Coffee is no good, you can have ulcers in your stomach and it's like a drug, it will control your mood or days.
