It all depends on the amount of electricity that enters you body. Yes it is possible to have your eyes pop out but obviously you'd be dead at that point. A small wattage would shake your eyes but you'd still live. This is why when prisoners are electrocuted their eyes are covered up. The human eyes when punctured can produce more blood then a punctured heart.

Ac runs on 50hz. Hence if freak accident happens and on electrocution your heart suddenly beats 50 times per second the blood pressure could certainly pop your eyes out. P.S there is a real medical condition where you loose suction of eyes and eyes really pop out by themselves. I know someone who has it. FREAKY.

I remember seeing "Faces Of Death" which was a documentary on types of executions and in it the coloured guy who was going to be executed had his eyes covered with tape. When the current was turned on the eyes where bulging and eventually blood poured out. Not a nice sight !!!
