You need to discuss that with your wife. If she objects badly enough she has to do something about it. This should work both ways. Either agree to "use each other's bodies" when one is not in the mood, or agree that pleasuring oneself is OK. As you get older you will discover that deferred gratification will become a third alternative.

There is only one reference in the book of Genisis where God killed a man for spilling his seed on the ground because for some reason he didn't want to empregnate his wife. But it's my understanding that he killed this man because he was a direct linear descendant of Jesus, and this could have spoiled the plan, so he had the guy's brother take over the job.
I don't think you're going to be in any serious trouble for "taking matters into your own hand" when your wife has a headache.

Hell no..there is nothing wrong with this and anybody who tells you different is not being truthful.You know, like they don't engage this. Give me a physical brake. You should never feel guilty of this. Masturbation is natural and also healthy for you.

i dont think it would be. its only wrong if you lust after another or you cheat. but put your self in her place how would you feel if the shoe is on the other foot. if you cant wait untill your mate is in the mood then you have no self control. im not trying to be rude im just speaking my mind. i know my self i had rather have self control.

I would say it depends on your spouse. If it makes them uncomfortable it's probably better not to do it.
For example, my husband's first wife got pissed about it, but I don't care.

no it's not wrong unless your partner can't pleasure you for some reason. then help is in order. my husband even wants to watch me, it gets him going big time.
