Your final adult height, which you usually reach around age 21, is in your genes. There's not much you can do to increase it. Working out will not stunt it or speed it up. You're still growing - just give it time.

You might keep getting taller for a couple more years. You say you are already as tall as your dad? Ask mom and dad how old they were or what school grade they were in when they had their growth spurts. People usually have one or two years during their early teens when they grow a lot and most adults can remember when that was. Your growth spurt should be at close to the same age as when your parents had theirs, but you might have to decide which parent's bone structure you inherited to see who you take after more. That doesn't answer your question, but it tells you where to look for the answer. Good luck! Also sounds like you're being reasonable with exercise and that's good. Pay attention to what you're doing, how you feel and do things safely.
What am I thinking? You're 13- you'll see how far you can push yourself. Don't worry. You'll probably get taller and even if you don't, your feet will always reach the ground.
And yes get plenty of sleep and don't overdo the weight training.

lifting wieghts can stop growth so if you want to get taller you should stop lifting weights and eat a healthy diet. and if you still want a six pack push ups and situps. running and things of that nature will not stunt your growth. you should probibaly wait til 8 or 9th grade before lifting.
small wieghts like a 5 or 10 lb on each side probibaly wont hurt you or stunt your growth but not positive

Well, if you really wanna know how tall you will get, like you REALLY REALLY want to know how tall you can get. Its quite simple, but may cost you some cash. Anyway all you need to do is go to the hospital and get an X-Ray on your hand. The doctors will be able to tell how tall you will get (generally) by reading your plates.

Nothing to make you taller, sorry. Just the good old genes you were born with. No exercising won't stop the growth process, so keep on going.
