You can work as many hours as you want and still get unemployment if you are CHEATING the system.

Otherwise, part time employment reduceds the unemployment check and at a certain point you're on your own. Depends on state law what the hour "trigger" is and what the dollar triggers are, but the more you work for wages, the less unemployment you can receive LEGALLY.

No, unless it's "under the table" meaning you get paid and no one claims your employment.
